This lymphatic drainage technique is very powerful and effective. Ensure to drink lots of water to encourage the detoxification process.
Lymphatic Drainage Routines; Based on the Perrin Technique
First routine:
- Tap hands down front of face, down to chest twice
- Tap hands down side of head twice
- Tap hands down the back of the head twice
- Stroke hands down front of face, down to chest twice
- Stroke hands down side of head twice
- Stroke hands down the back of the head twice
- Use fists to stroke down side and back of neck and flick down towards thoracic duct
- Tap up the inside of the left arm and then tap up the outside of the same arm
- Repeat on right arm
- Tap up the front of the legs, then tap up the back of the legs
- Cross arms to waist and twist at a 45 degree angle; 4 times maximum
- Cross arms to shoulder and twist at a 45 degree angle; 4 times maximum
- Hold arms behind neck and twist at a 45 degree angle; 4 times maximum
Second routine:
- Start on left breast and stroke upwards and inwards towards the centre of the chest. Move across breast and over on to the right breast, again stroking upwards and inwards towards the centre of the chest
- Continue for 2 minutes
To begin, only do each of these routines once a day, spending no more than a few minutes on either routine.
